Start Preparing a Game
Open a scheduled game and initialize prep so you can manage availability, batting, and fielding in one place.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”- Make sure the team roster is current.
- Make sure the game already exists for your team.
- Open your team.
- Click Games.
- Find the game you want to prepare.
- Click Prepare.
- Review the game details, opponent, side, and venue information.
- In the prep section, click Initialize prep.
What happens when you initialize prep
Section titled “What happens when you initialize prep”- Bench Boss takes a snapshot of the current team roster for that game.
- All rostered players start as available.
- The game prep page opens the availability, fielding, and batting sections for that game.
Result
Section titled “Result”Game prep will be initialized for that team and game, and you can start working on player availability.
